"Hello. I’m Sara and I have been teaching English for over 10 years. I have taught in the UK and aboard.
I love working in an international college because I get to meet so many different people from around the world and I have learnt a lot about different cultures, traditions and religions. I especially love the International Day we hold at the college, as all the students bring in different dishes from their countries for everyone to try. Yum!
In my free time I like to go camping, travelling, to visit Art Galleries and going out for dinner. I love dancing."

Rona Egan
EFL Tutor |

"Hello,
My name’s Rona and although I was born in Scotland, I grew up in Manchester and I am very proud of this city and all it has given the world. More on that later.
I started teaching English many years ago when I was living in The Netherlands. Since then, I have taught, not only in Holland, but also in Abu Dhabi, Indonesia and, of course, the United Kingdom. When teaching, I enjoying using realia, lots of pictures and Cuisenaire rods. Want to know what Cuisenaire rods are? Then come to one of my lessons!!! Pronunciation is a very important part of learning because language is about communicating.
My hobbies include dancing (modern jive), aerobics (also a kind of dancing) and sailing when I get the opportunity. I have a beautiful, grown up daughter who I enjoy spending quality time with.
Back to Manchester and what it has done for you. The world’s first industrialised city, the world’s first programmed computer and the first time the atom was split – all happened in Manchester. Excellent reasons why you should come here to study. You will be given a very warm welcome."
