What our students say

Olugbenga

"Learning in the multi-cultured environment and acquiring modern qualification at Manchester International College has had a great impact on my managerial skills . I came to the UK after my first degree in Geography and Regional Planning from Olabisi Onabanjo University (Nigeria) to study a Diploma in First Line Management (I.L.M) course. I was highly satisfied by the quality of education, friendly manner of the tutors and conducive environment. This encouraged me to study Postgraduate Diploma in Strategic Business IT. This course has broadened my knowledge of Information system Project management, Strategic thinking, Policy implementation and design ,Value chain analysis in an organisational perspective.

I recently attended the Nigerian UK Telecommunication Summit held at Strand Palace Hotel on 17th and 18th of June 2010. I had the honour to present at the summit. I thank my tutors for instilling the confidence in me and making me a better person."

Picture coming soon

It was a great pleasure for me to be at Manchester International College. I met wonderful teachers here and the atmosphere was great.

Even though I couldn’t stay more than 2 weeks they helped me to improve my English. I became more confident with my speaking skills. I hope to come back soon to continue my course. Elzbieta Kasprzak (IELTS Student from Poland)

Giuseppe

Giuseppe has been studying English with us for several weeks and has this to say about his time at Manchester International College: "I like that the college doesn't have any classes like a normal school where there are 12 to 15 students per class with only one teacher!!!"

At Manchester International College classes are kept to groups of between four and six ensuring that each student get the attention and support that they need. Giuseppe goes on to say: "My idea about the college is a very positive one, I think if a student wants to learn English then this is the best place to be...I really appreciated the teachers patience, in particular Rocio. Everyday she gave me a lot of support...I thank her very much."

Nicholas

Nicholas from Sierra Leone came to study English

"At the time I was having no idea of what English language was really all about. With my improved knowledge of English and my confidence I now plan to study Business and Management and I hope to go on to university in the future.

I would love to say thanks to my tutor for her support and to all the staff for their wonderful support."

Carlos

Carlos came to England three years ago, and has completed a number of courses. He is a highly motivated student and has put every effort into his learning to enable him to communicate effectively in a variety of situations.

Carlos has now completed his ECDL and is now half way through the International Diploma in Computer Studies Course (the 1st year of his degree programme).

“I feel that Manchester International College has helped me in so many different ways. I feel that I am now much more confident when speaking with people, and my job prospects have improved considerably”.
