Health & Social Care NVQ Level 3 & 4

An NVQ in Health and Social Care lets you strengthen the skills you use to do your job, helps you fill in any training gaps you might have and gain valuable qualifications at the same time. The qualification is based on standards of performance which are set by the Health & Social Care Sector and recognised by employers in the Health & Social Care sector. The course is flexible and allows you to do four mandatory units four optional units from a range of optional units. The core units of every level are:

Certification

City & Guilds awards certificate for Level 3 & 4 in Health and Social Care

 
Course Structure

These qualifications are work based awards and learners' skills and knowledge are assessed in the workplace whilst they are working directly with individuals and colleagues. The students will complete organised classroom based study each week and attend seminars and professional meetings as required. 24 hour access to our online support system called 'Smart Screen' will also be provided.

 
Entry Requirements
Level 3 - NVQ Level 2 or employed in care sector working without direct supervision. Level 4 - Employees in care sector working in supervisory or management role.
 
Course Fees

£3000
* Placement can be arranged for the candidates at an additional charge of £600

 
Duration of Course

1 academic year
15 hours per week organised study at the training centre.
